[eclipse-poky] format and size of overlay icons?

Hi Tim and all,

For reference, here are all the eclipse icons [1].  For example, on page 
6 is the J overlay for the package explorer in the middle (row 9 col 3) 
which is 7x8 pixels.   There are other overlay examples there 
also...many of them 7X8 but some larger or smaller.

Most of them are gifs...for historical reasons probably.   But they do 
need to generally have a transparent background.  Here's about icons [2] 
from the Eclipse User Interface Guidelines [3].

I agree with you about keeping with Yocto conventions for colors, icons, 
fonts, etc.
