[eclipse-yocto] just change your git remote urls

You can safely:

$ mv eclipse-poky eclipse-yocto
$ git remote set-url contrib <url for repo>/eclipse-yocto
$ git remote set-url upstream <url for repo>/eclipse-yocto

etc.

Michael Halstead and I will also get the GitHub.com/crops/eclipse-yocto repo automatically syncing and the corresponding Travis CI changes.
