[eclipse-yocto] the location of the org.eclipse.remote work

I added Scott’s “Signed-off-by:” and pushed this to contrib timo/remotedocker

Sent the patchset to mailing list separately and will merge in a day or two.

NOTE: we will need to remove all references to “poky” soon, to reflect the
name change of the project to “eclipse-yocto”
