[eclipse-poky] timo/maven rebased on top of master

I have force pushed timo/maven rebased on top of the latest master. Please do:

‘git fetch contrib'
‘git checkout Timo/maven’
‘git reset --hard contrib/timo/maven’

This assumes you have a remote named ‘contrib’ pointing to eclipse-poky-contrib

The next step is to get all the new ‘maven’ changes in a state that is ready to send to the mailing list. I am assuming what is there now might need changes (the target platform might need updating?).
