[eclipse-poky] Drop yocto-bsp functionality

The patch should also be applied to oxygen-master and neon-master, and I was able to build both branches with the patch without issues.

Should I submit as a single patch for master branch only (--subject-prefix="PATCH") where it implies the patch will be merged by maintainer to oxygen-master and neon-master branches? Or should I send separate patches for each branch?
