[eclipse-yocto] [PATCH 0/6] Upgrade to Eclipse Photon 4.8.0

Update the build scripts to build againsts Eclipse Photon 4.8.0 release, with
the following dependencies upgraded as well:

  * CDT: 9.4.0 -> 9.5.2
  * TM Terminal: 4.3.0 -> 4.4.0
  * RSE: 3.7.0 -> 3.7.100
  * Trace Compass: 3.2.0 -> 4.0.0

Note that only CDT is currently configurable to be installed from either simrel
or it's update site, depending on the needs of the new features or bug fixes.
The latest CDT 9.5.2 release which includes important container related bug 
fixes needed to support CROPS toolchain container, see:

  * https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.cdt/releases/9.5.2/bugs

All other features will continue to be installed from simrel whenever possible.
