[intel-iot-refkit] download GCC and libcurl to compile a C++ library

Hello,
I have a gateway with Intel quark inside. I want to add gcc (4.7) and libcurl (7.26.0) to build a c++ library but I was not able to.
Can anyone guide me where to look?
