Hi,

This pull request is to add Baytrail supported I/O patches as feature
under meta branch.

This pull request included two patch files. The patch files are to
enable a board file for PCI mode LPSS support on Baytrail and also
remove CONFIG_ACPI dependency from CONFIG_X86_INTEL_LPSS.

Please pull into linux-yocto-3.8 meta branch.
