Hi,

This pull request is to add Baytrail supported I/O patches as feature
under meta branch.

The patch files are added as features/valleyisland-io in meta branch.
This patch set is to add x86 LPSS support and enable clock framework
for Baytrail. THe clock framework is required for Baytrail to operate
in ACPI mode.

Please pull into linux-yocto-3.8 meta branch.
