Hi,

This pull request is to add Baytrail supported I/O patches as feature
under meta branch.

The patch files are backport from a series of commits. I understands
that the patch file size is too big and it is not the best way to
backport, but I really hope this can be accept exceptionally in order for
us to move on to enable for GOLD release.

Please pull into linux-yocto-3.8 meta branch.
