Hi Bruce, 
   You must be fresh from your recent vacation. :)
The verdict on this is to get this in the kernel repo. There is still a dmesg issue pending for minnow. That will be dealt as a bug. This will get the emenlow & corwnbay BSPs updated to v3.10 kernel.
So if you push the kernel repo changes, then we can push the meta-intel changes. We would like to have this tested in the upcoming meta-intel rc1 release (this Friday). So thanks for taking on this 1st after the vacation.
