This request is about adding scc & cfg content into linux-yocto meta branch for haswellplatform.
The "haswellplatform" will be used to support Intel 4th Gen Processor Mobile sku (formerly known as Sharkbay).
Haswell Platform is the approved name by marketing & legal.
