The "wiggle" answer is that the Yocto kernel is no more, or less
posix compliant than any other kernel that I know of. The boiler
plat statement is that Linux in general has broad posix support, but
has deviations by design or accident in some routines (for efficiency,
etc). Runs of the posix-test suite on a particular version of the
kernel will show good results, and can be used to show that broad
compliance that I mentioned above (but not a full posix certification).
