[linux-yocto] Gstreamer on a Beaglebone black

Hello,
I am trying to get gstreamer on a Beaglebone Black. After some tries and
looking to the example on the am335x-evmsk, i didnt get it working yet. So
i am wondering what i did wrong, i get this message:
