[linux-yocto] [PATCH 0/2][3.10] Fix emgd-1.18 for LTSI

The latest LTSI update with the large DRM forklift removed two variables
from the drm_display_mode structure and the drm_fasync function which
the EMGD driver uses. These patches restore the missing variables to
minimize change and risk of breakage and eliminate the fasync assignment
per the rationale associated with its removal from mainline.

Before applying these patches, the emgd-1.18 branch should be merged
with standard/ltsi, otherwise the first patch will not apply.

Thanks to Tom Zanussi for testing these are functional on the crownbay
BSP image.
