[linux-yocto] [PULL REQUEST] Intel AXXIA updates to linux-yocto-3.10 standard/axxia/base and standard/preempt-rt/axxia/base

Please abandon this pull! I must rebase my branches upon the latest 
changes from linux-yocto-3.10, standard/axxia/base and 
standard/preempt-rt/axxia/base respectively.

I will return with a second pull request from updated branches.
