We are working on getting the 4.1 named kernel out in the next week or 
2, Bruce Ashfield, the maintainer of linux-yocto is out until next week.

For the final release in October, it could be 4.2 or 4.3 as the latest 
kernel depending on timing of Linus's release.

4.1 will be the LTS / LTSI Kernel so we will have both 4.1 and a later 
version.
