Dear maintainer,

This patch enable i40e driver for Intel XL710 netwowrk card which is 
required for RiverForest platform using crystalforest BSP.

Please review it and consider to merge into meta branch for linux-yocto-3.14 if 
you don't have any concern on this patch.
