[linux-yocto] CONFIG_LIBCRC32C error

Hello! Please help me understand why If I add this line to the linux 
kernel 3.10 defconfig or config fragments

   # CONFIG_LIBCRC32C is not set

I get the error below when I try to bitbake linux-yocto.
