This patchset is to enable Intel Valleyisland platform with
linux-yocto_3.14 standard/valleyisland branch.
This configuration is tested on 32-bit and 64-bit system on Minnow Max board.

Please review and merge into yocto-kernel-cache branch yocto-3.14.
