Hi,

Since the pin control driver code for Broxton has already been backported
and merged into linux-yocto-4.1 standard/base, I would like to ensure that
the config fragment is updated as well.

Please review and provide feedback if you have any.
This patch is targeted to merge into yocto-kernel-cache on branch yocto-4.1.
