Hi Bruce.

The first patch is to fix a compilation error. Catch it when build with
make allmodconfig.

The second patch is to add uevent notification for over current condition.
This patch is not suitable for upstream. But we want to have the uevent.

This patch series are targeted for linux-yocto-4.1 on standard/intel/base.
