These patches are targeted for yocto-kernel-cache yocto-4.1 branch.
The changes on configs enable debugging and calibration with ISH client,
fixing warning appear on terminal for USB and also fixing warning where
one of the kernel config is different from what is defined in config fragments.

The patches are validated on leafhill platform.
