[linux-yocto] hid-multitouch driver missing from 4.8.3

I am using meta-intel BSP's on a board that has a multitouch device, but it
isn't working. I need hd-multitouch.c, specifically.

I checked the local kernel that was built, but didn't see the touch driver
in there.

build/tmp/work/corei7-64-intel-common-poky-linux/linux-yocto/4.8.3+gitAUTOINC+6d028d2818_1adf9d3633-r0/linux-corei7-64-intel-common-standard-build/drivers/hid/*

However, if I check the git repos directly, the driver is there.

I am using Yocto 2.2, if that matters.
