[linux-yocto] [PATCH] cfg: Add config fragments for docker

We already carry the .cfg fragments for docker in the
meta-virtualization layer.

Are the ones there not working ?

While we could move these into the kernel-cache, it makes
them less visible or forces the maintenance of two copies of
the same config.
