Hi Bruce,

I am working on BSP bcm-2xxx-rpi platform, and intend to merge this BSP supporting into yocto community.
Below patch includes scc and cfg files for Raspberrypi 4b platform.

Could you please merge this patch into yocto-kernel-cache, branch is master and yocto-5.2?
