    conf: Allow wandboards to boot a mainline kernel

    Pass KERNEL_DEVICETREE, so that wandboard variants could boot a
mainline kernel.

    The solo variant uses the same dtb from the dual-lite, as they are the same
    SoC with only the number of cores being different.
