[meta-intel] [PATCH 0/2 v2] xf86-video-ast: Enable ASPEED Tech Graphic Card

This patchset is to enable ASPEED Technology grapchic card
for X.Org. This is required because certain Intel customer
reference board is using this type of graphic card, e.g.
Intel Atom processor C2000 product family Development Kit.

Fix ASPEED recipe issue after comment from Ross.
The recipe does not enable XAA because this feature
is no longer available in xserver starting from
1.13.0. So, the recipe only support basic graphic
display with no 2D acceleration.

I have confirmed that the recipe support both 32-bit
and 64-bit. 

Please pull this recipe into meta-intel/dylan.
