[meta-intel] [master & fido][PATCH 0/2] Move qat/zlib-qat to meta-isg

Dear Maintainer(s),

This patch series moves the qat and zlib-qat recipe and meta-data
from meta-crystalforest/recipes-extended to meta-isg/common/recipes-extended.

This has been done to ensure we can re-use the existing work
for the upcoming supported platforms like grantley without having to
create a separate layer.

For now, qat and zlib-qat are only compatible with crystalforest machine.

Please consider merging these in master and fido if these look good to you.
