[meta-mentor] [PATCH 0/3] More cherry-picked warning fixes

Cherry-picked two more warning fixes from mentor/atp and one
more to remove BB_DANGLINGAPPENDS_WARNONLY = "1" now that the
dangling appends are all cleaned up.

The following changes since commit daaff435c98f2cbaf6269660ea557c66aa043e05:

  mel.conf: Add kernel-config-fragments bbclass (2013-05-09 12:37:55 -0400)
