You need to ask your TI rep for a m3 firmware file. When you have that  
you need to build some syslink things to get your display working. I  
integrated it all a few months ago for a demo you probably have seen :)

I'm at a conference now, so I can't look up my notes for the exact  
sequence, but it starts with getting the magic firmware file.
