Hi,

I have a Beagleboard-C4, trying to run 3.x kernels with TI SGX drivers.
I tried a lot of 3.x versions (from 3.0.8 to 3.2.18) with similar results.
Currently i use Angstrom distro, but also tried Guacamayo with the same result.

All of the 3.x kernel versions lead to crash when trying to start any 3D
applications. I had two kind of crashes: usually it just freezes without any
error message (even on the serial port) and in some cases a kernel crash dump
is printed. Such a dump is attached. The crash can be reproduced in 100%.
The dump contains a backtrace with debug info: i hope it can help to solve this
problem. I executed some 'ps' commands until the crash, in the hope it gives some
more info.

I tried to set the video memory size from 12 to 36 Mb, no change.

The TI SGX driver is working fine with 2.6.32 and 2.6.39 kernels.

Thanks in advance
Gyorgy Kovesdi
