if you mean plugin for h/w accelerated codec (IVAHD), aka gst-ducati.
it won't be included in the vanilla gst (though it could be possible,
if we ever get omapdce driver in mainline kernel...), but gst-ducati
will released separately, and will be build against a vanilla gst.
unlike today where we need a large number of patches in gst.
