[meta-ti] updated wiki page for building for panda ES with meta-ti and OE

  i just updated my wiki page for how to use OE and meta-ti to build a
core-image-minimal for a panda ES:

actual build hasn't finished yet but if anyone has any comments or
suggestions for that page, let me know -- the goal is that, if someone
follows those directions, it should just work.

p.s.  i don't have my panda at hand so i can't test the end result
today.  if someone wants to do that and confirm it still works, that
would be just ducky.
