I thought the comment was the same as to other patches - if there's only one 
version, please don't split out .inc file. Thanks.

In other words, in OE-Core/Yocto (unlike OE-Classic), the goal is to have just 
one version of the recipe and keep it reasonably up to date. Exceptions are 
allowed, but discouraged, hence need to be justified.
