Could you use oe_runmake instead of directly calling make? And also pass 
LIMIT_SOCS, LIMIT_BOARDS, and DEST_ROOT in EXTRA_OEMAKE.

Without this there could be an issue in the do_configure stage when 
there is an attempt to clean the sources.
