Hi Elvis

You can grab newer toolchains from the PetaLinux tarball. You will need a Xilinx user account to download it, but you don't need a license to get the toolchains.

http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.htm
Download "PetaLinux 12.12 installation archive for Zynq, MicroBlaze and PPC440".

Then extract it and grab the toolchain you want from "tools/linux-i386/*"
