I added default ZC702 and ZC706 support in master and danny branches
for meta-xilinx last week:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/meta-xilinx/
It uses the default defconfig from the xilinx git master kernels, and is
probably ready for achieving what you suggest. If you could test it out
it would be great.
I'll need to update the URLs to the xilinx git repos to github, now that's
been moved.
