I just took a quick look at Mike's repo. He's done a great job of adding
support for the ZedBoard. There have also been a lot of customisations
done, to enable all the peripherals like he said.
If you want to get quickly started, it's better that you use Mike's layer
to get started.
I'm going to start from scratch and base the zedboard support according
to the structure I've already created for the zc702. It looks similar enough
and should be able to get basic support going.
Since I don't have a ZedBoard handy, would you mind testing the build out
on your board if you have the time? Feel free to submit patches once I've
added support in. Will let you know as soon as I've pushed out the changes.
Looks like the zedboard support requires me to update the xilinx linux
kernel to 3.8, so I'm going to do that, test it out on the ZC702, and also
do a build (to see if things build, but not test) for the ZedBoard configuration.
