[meta-xilinx] Generating BOOT.bin with meta-xilinx

Hi Zabi,

There is no immediate plan to add boot.bin generation to meta-xilinx.
You can use Xilinx tools to import relevant files from your Yocto 
environment and generate boot.bin, or if it is important for you to 
have this in your yocto build, then you could create a thin layer on 
meta-xilinx to do so. The other layers building for Zynq/Microblaze 
have examples of how this could be done.
Adding this in a thin layer is recommended because if we do add the
support in the future you have the option of dropping the layer.
