[meta-xilinx] OE Core updated gcc to 4.8.2

Hi Philip,

I'm looking into this one, very obscure. It does not appear to be a problem with the patch, as the patch changes files which have not changed between 4.8.1 -> 4.8.2.

Interestingly if I revert the change to use 4.8.2 I still see the failure.

Not sure exactly what is causing it but it appears to be something that tries to apply the patch twice. Will bisect oe-core a bit further and see if I can determine if some other change has introduced the issue.
