[meta-xilinx] Devicetree file for kernel based on the 3.10 recipe

Do I have any expectation of building something that boots with the 3.10
kernel in meta-xilinx using the devicetree bits in meta-xilinx?

If not, how can we deal with needing new devices tress for some kernel
versions?
