[meta-xilinx] u-boot with spl working

I got a microzed booting from a boot.bin generated from uboot spl.

It boots boot.bin which boots u-boot.img.

There are a few odd things, but it seems to work. Uboot can save the
environment to the mmc also.

It is integrated in my buildroot build right now.

It is all public on my git.
