[meta-xilinx] Address location for binaries...

I was trying to follow the Xilinx wiki on building, and I seem to get an error
when I have a core-image-basic but set to the following values for my
boot.bin.

0x3000000 uImage
0x2A00000 devicetree.dtb
0x2000000 uramdisk.image.gz

I get an error that I don't have enough memory when it tries to uncompress
uImage.

Do the values above look correct for what I should be using on a
core-image-basic build?
