[meta-xilinx] kernel issues & adau1761

Was working on the public image anyway, so I thought I should give it a try.

There seems to be something borked with asound.conf, it was supposed to let 
the system handle 16-bit stereo on the adau which only accepts 32-bit, but it 
somehow doesn't work (they should shoot the guy who invented that config 
file's syntax, I think there are only 10 people in the world who really 
understand it).

I edited asound.conf and removed the last entry (with the "plug" in it), and 
then this works:

speaker-test -c 2 -F S32_LE --device hw:ADAU1761
