The SOM board will feature a choice of 7c015 or 7c030, and the connector 
between the carrier and som is capable of the full 6 gigabit signals, allowing 
you to use PCIX or SATA interfaces on the carrier.

I have the first prototype on my desk right now :)

The SOM has:
7c030, 512MB RAM, 64MB (megabytes) QSPI flash, Micro SD, USB and ethernet 
PHYs, 4 user-programmable clocks and 2 programmable voltages for the IO banks 
(you can change the IO voltages at runtime).

The accompagning carrier board contains e.g. HDMI, ethernet plug, USB UARTs, 
Wifi, etc.

Can't say anything about pricing yet.
