Nice one on the bootgen addition to the build!

FWIW, I'm using the 2013.4 tools, I saw you were using the 14.6.

I have 14.4 that I think put wrong header types, 14.6 must have that fixed. I
don't know they were from my machine, but think they were. :-/

Anyway, when I was applying your patches I noted the addresses that were all
being set properly for the build, and it looks like everything is in the
deploy/images, including the BOOT.bin, the autorun.scr, and ubinize.cfg.

I feel like I'm in the home stretch now.

I'm off to read the sd_boot README...
