My zImage and devicetree.dtb were built with yocto sdk. My BOOT.BIN (FSBL system.bit and u-boot) were built with 14.4 of Xilinx Tools. This requires dual booting a CentOS 6.4 x86_64 (Xilinx Tools) and Fedora19 x86_64 (Yocto). I have not been able to run Yocto on CentOS since the need for higher version of python.

Why don’t you shift to Ubuntu-12.04 or 12.10 64-bit? I use ISE-14.7 and Vivado-2013.2 / 2013.4 on Ubuntu-12.10 64-bit, along with Yocto, and everything builds just fine.
The only caveat is that distributed builds do not work under Ubuntu (i.e. spread the synthesis and implementation tasks over multiple hosts).
I can send across a technote for installing a Yocto/Xilinx development environment for Ubuntu-12.10 64-bit, if you want, to save you the trouble figuring out the transition.
Best regards,
