[meta-xilinx] Making a useful linux-yocto for zynq

Has anyone tried adding the fpga manager patches as a bbappend to the
linux yocto recipe. It seems like mainline is close to being useful for
zynq, except that it has no way to load the fpga?

Can you even load the fpga with the fpga manager patches?

It seems like this would be helpful getting the patches into mainline so
we can stop using the "evil vendor tree".
