[meta-xilinx] meta-xilinx: fido Branch

Hi All,

The fido branch in meta-xilinx has been created for the 1.8 release of Yocto/OE.

This version of the meta-xilinx layer contains the following significant features:
 * Updated to support Yocto/OE 1.8
 * Added support for the new Xilinx Zynq MP UltraScale Architecture (ep108-zynqmp machine)
 * Added u-boot-spl support for all meta-xilinx Zynq machines (with boot.bin generation)
 * Added support for the Digilent ZYBO (zybo-zynq7)
 * Added support for the Avnet MicroZed (microzed-zynq7)
 * Added support for the Avnet PicoZed (picozed-zynq7)
 * Support for the linux-yocto 3.19 kernel

As usual the layer can be obtained via the git repository at git.yoctoproject.org:
